Notre Dame Swimming picks up first win of season from both boys and girls

The Notre Dame Swim team earned their first wins of the season last night versus Wheatland-Chili – Boys Score: ND 66 W-C 59, Girls Score: ND 74 W-C 59.

Highlighting the night for the Irish on the girls side was Carly Olles who won the 50 and 100 freestyle, while also teaming up with McKenzie Haller, Skye Colantonio, and Adryona Miller to win the 200 and 400 freestyle relays. Haller also won the 200 freestyle, while Colantonio chipped into the team win with a first place finish in the 200 IM.

On the boys side, Chris Lemley led the way with victories in the 100 freestyle as well as the 200 IM. Dan Nickerson and Jess Bukowski also finished with wins, Nickerson in the 200 free, Bukowski in diving. The 200 freestyle relay team of Bukowski, Fuller, Schafer, and Zerillo also finished in first place.
