In losses to Mercy and South Seneca respectively, the Batavia and Cal-Mum Girls each saw their seasons  come to an end this week. Just one game short of the State Tournament, the Lady Devils and Lady Raiders will now look ahead to a long offseason – where each will lose plenty of talent to graduation.

Raiders fell behind by near ten during the second half, but rebounded to push the deficit to only one with seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. Despite the late push, though, Cal-Mum eventually gave way to SS – who now moves on to the Far West Regional.

Congratulations to both teams on a fantastic season.
