Today I reached my next stop on the Batavia’s Best 2017 HS Football Training Camp Tour: Oakfield/Elba. OA/E is in its second season as a combined program, and hopes to endure extended success in 2017.

Throughout my time at practice this afternoon, the solar eclipse wasn’t the only thing worth watching, as the OA/E offense looked good despite a few players being absent from the second practice of the day.

- Oakfield/Elba has really struggled offensively throughout the past two weeks after a hot start in Week 1. This week, they must get back on track in order to regain some momentum as they enter the home stretch of the season.

- The ability of the OA/E offense to possess the football will write the story for this team this season.
