My second stop this afternoon, and most recent on the 2017 HS Football Training Camp Tour was St. Mary’s High School, where the Pembroke Dragons were enduring a joint practice with the Lancers.

During my time at practice, the Pembroke run game was looking strong – after finishing last year as one of the most-impressive in the GR League.

In addition to the run game, the pass game was looking strong for the Dragons on Wednesday.

The offensive/defensive line will be extremely important for Pembroke this year, as they are still a fairly young unit in terms of experience – and must gel together quickly.

After practice, I had the opportunity to talk with the returning Pembroke head coach Justin Loeber, as well as a few of his players.

Finally, I was also able to snap a few photos during my time at St. Mary’s:

Stay tuned for my Season Previews – coming next week.
