Here is the 2016-2017 All-Batavia’s Best Girls Basketball team. The team was made up of the players who, in my opinion, carried their respective teams this season. Stats were included in the process, but were not the end-all be-all in determining the members of each team.

 

 

First Team

Olivia George (ALEXANDER) – 15.4 ppg, 5.3 rpg

Ryann Stefaniak (BATAVIA) – 17 ppg, 5.2 rpg

Callie McCulley (NOTRE DAME) – 13 ppg, 5.4 rpg

Margaret Sutherland (NOTRE DAME) – 13 ppg, 10 rpg

Gill Flint (CAL-MUM) – 17 ppg, 6.2 rpg

Emily Reynolds (ELBA) – 15.8 ppg, 9.1 rpg

  1. Cal mum, is not in our county, and should not be included, and how can a team go 20 and 2, number I seed in the section and gets no one on the first team, your analysis is weak at best !!

    • Unfortunately, you don’t get to decide the parameters of our coverage. Also, I felt the players selected for each team fit in terms of their overall impact to their individual team’s success
