It was announced yesterday that both starting OL Richie Incognito and Seantrel Henderson returned to Bills practice, and with that announcement, my confidence in the Buffalo offensive line has once again returned to a high-level. Knowing that the entirety of the starting OL is back for the Bills in 2016, along with the fact that OL coach Aaron Kromer will be in the fold for the entire 16-game slate – it is my belief this group has the potential to be a top-5 unit in the NFL.

In short, continuity is a big thing up-front on offense at all levels of football, and I think that the return of the starting OL could be this offense’s nucleus – especially early-on. With a capable quarterback, and adequate skill players to boot, I see the hogs up front being what will carry this group for better or worse.

Now, will they indeed prove to be what I think they can be? Who knows. But if you told me that by the end of the season the Bills would be the top offensive line in the league – I wouldn’t be shocked.

Ok maybe a little shocked.

In addition to Buffalo’s steep potential on the offensive line, and despite off the field distractions which have plagued this team as of late, the prospect of the team on the field making the playoffs is also on the rise.

This could be the year, folks. I’m beginning to feel it deep within my bones.

Bitch, don’t kill my vibe.
