Cal-Mum Girls Basketball keeps grinding out victories – this time over Way-Co

The Cal-Mum Girls Basketball team earned their second-consectuive three-point victory on Monday night, defeating Way-Co by a final score of 36-33. With the win, the Raiders now improve to 12-2 on the season, and will look to improve to 13-2 with a win over Warsaw tomorrow.

Filling up the stat sheet in the C-M victory was Gill Flint, who scored 17 points to go with 6 rebounds in an all-around effort. Addy Molisani also had a fine game, chipping in with 7 points, 4 steals, and 3 assists. In addition, Claudia Haut and Danielle Molisani played fantastic games defensively, as the duo held Way-Co’s leading scorer to just 3 points throughout the game. Isabel Slocum rounded out the notable performances for the Raiders, as she added all of her points during the second half in order to help her team gain the lead – and eventually win the game.
