Five area athletes will take their talents to the big stage, as the 32nd Annual Ronald McDonald All-Star Game will welcome Brandon Burke (Byron-Bergen), Owen Thompson (Attica), Olivia George (Alexander), Gill Flint (Cal-Mum), and Emily Weber (Attica) on March 25th. Both the Boys (3:00 pm) and Girls (1:00 pm) games will be played at Rush-Henrietta HS.

Burke and Thompson, each 1,000+ point scorers for their respective schools, represent the Genesee Region League, as do George and Weber – who each played vital roles in their respective teams’ success over the past several seasons. Flint, the lone local Livingston County representative, is also a 1,000+ point scorer, and led the Lady Raiders to three-straight Sectional Final appearances – and two wins in the Title game.

All five are up for Batavia’s Best 2016-2017 Basketball Awards.
