Led by Clar and Seilheimer, Wheatland-Chili Girls Basketball knocks off Byron-Bergen

The Wheatland-Chili Girls Basketball team has gotten off to a fantastic start this season, as they sit in first place in the GR League, as well as at the top of their Sectional bracket. On Thursday, led by Taylor Clar and Seilheimer, the well-oiled machine which is the Wildcats continue to roll along with another win – this time coming over Byron-Bergen by a final score of 36-23.

Clar and Seilheimer both finished in double-figures for Wheatland, as Clar was the leading scorer with 15, while her teammate was just behind with 10 points of her own.

In defeat, Dana VanValkenberg finished with 9 points.
