Trey has gotten better, and better, with each passing year within the Oakfield Boys Basketball program.

Trey Nadolinski – Oakfield High School – Boys Basketball
AB: You have really improved a lot over the course of your time on the varsity team. What has helped you do so?
TN: I believe just playing as much basketball as possible was the major factor. Coach Stehlar provided me with many opportunities with countless open gyms or just going to shoot arounds. A lot of time was spent trying to improve anything I could in order to help the team.
AB: Is there anything specific skill that you think you have improved on more than others?
TN: (Those that have allowed me to be) the primary ball handler and point guard of the team. I worked tirelessly on my ability to control and manage the game.
AB: Whats your favorite skill to practice?
TN: I like to dribble. It’s also one of the simplest things to practice, all you need is the ball.
AB: What skill do you feel is most important to your overall ability to play?
TN: The most important skill to me was trying to create for my teammates, along with playing good individual defense.
AB: Finally, is there anything specific about working on your game that you will miss when your career is over?
TN: There is not one individual thing I will miss. I’ll miss the whole process. The bonds I have created with teammates during the summer in 90 degree gyms, trying to get better every day will never be forgotten. I have been blessed with the best possible teammates and coaches I could have ever asked for. All the things we have been through, especially this year, has only brought us closer together.

Trey will have left a lasting impression on the OA Athletics Program when his days as a student athlete are up. There’s no doubting that fact.
