It is time to unveil my All-Batavia’s Best Football Team – both offense and defense. Selections to the All-Offensive team were made based upon each player’s overall statistics from the 2015 season. Here is the offensive portion of my 2015 All-Batavia’s Best Football Team:

 

RB Jake Wozniak (Alexander)

Jake finished with 140 carries this season for the Trojans for a total of 1,502 yards and 18 touchdowns from his running back position.

RB Alex Piechocki (Attica)

Alex completed his season with 1,033 rush yards on 145 carries - including 19 total touchdowns.

QB Greg Mruczek (Batavia) 

Although Batavia is still playing, Greg currently has 1,832 passing yards on 102/154 passing. He has thrown 31 touchdowns against just 4 interceptions.

RB Richard Flores (Elba/Byron-Bergen)

Richard totaled 1,102 yards this season on 145 carries. He scored 18 total touchdowns.

QB Nick Passarell (Holley)

Nick racked up 1,431 yards passing this season, as well as 805 yards rushing, and scored 23 total touchdowns.

RB Nick Egeling (Le Roy)

Nick gained 967 yards on the ground for the Knights this season on 146 carries. He scored 9 touchdowns.

RB Jack Sutherland (Notre Dame)

Jack carried the ball 185 times this season, amassing 1,367 rushing yards to go with 19 total touchdowns. He is the only player to score a passing touchdown, rushing touchdown, and receiving touchdown this season.

QB Allen Chatt (Oakfield)

Honorable Mention: RB Zach von Kramer (Pembroke) – 44 carries, 290 yards, 7 total touchdowns; QB Josh Laurie (Le Roy) 28/73 passing, 489 yards, 11 total touchdowns; QB John Hochmuth (Elba/Byron-Bergen) – 46/100 passing, 707 yards, 11 total touchdowns; RB Nick Sims (Cal-Mum) – 132 carries, 604 yards, 2 touchdowns; RB Dom Mogavero (Batavia) – 103 carries, 735 yards, 11 touchdowns; WR Ryan Hogan (Batavia) – 26 receptions, 587 yards, 14 touchdowns; QB Damian Marchetti (Attica) – 26/58 passing, 386 yards, 9 total touchdowns; WR Derrick Busch (Alexander) – 20 receptions, 366 yards, 7 touchdowns
