The Batavia Girls Basketball team remained hot on Tuesday night, defeating Greece Olympia 51-34 behind strong displays from two of their top players.

Tiara Filbert and Sam Cecere led the Blue Devils against the Spartans, as each of the Junior forwards performed well offensively. Filbert scored a team-high 24 while also securing 7 rebounds, and Cecere dropped 12 points while chipping in 8 boards. Madison McCulley, who is normally Batavia’s second-leading scorer, scored only 2 points on the nigh, but made her mark in other ways by adding 10 assists, 3 steals and 5 rebounds.

The Devils are now 8-3 as they await Arcadia this Friday night.
