Oakfield Volleyball defeats Kendall in 5th Annual Dig Pink Game to benefit breast cancer

On Tuesday Oakfield Volleyball hosted their 5th annual Dig Pink Game to benefit The Side-Out Foundation which aids in the fight against breast cancer. The Hornets won the match in 3 sets vs the Kendall Eagles, as the Hornets were led by Erica Gibson who had 5 aces, 5 kills, and 3 digs, while Kylie Schlagenhauf recorded 6 aces, 4 kills, and 4 digs. For Kendall, Lexi Payton totaled 5 kills, 3 digs, and 2 aces.

With the win, Oakfield is now 6-5, while Kendall fell to 7-9.
