Batavia has it going as of late. With four straight wins, including their gutsy one-point victory last week versus Geneva, the Blue Devils have their best chance in quite some time to go deep into the Sectional Tournament. Going up against a floundering Way-Co team in Week 6, Batavia must keep their momentum going as the regular season draws to a close.

As they welcome the Eagles to town, the Blue Devils seem to have another easy victory in front of them.

Although I understand anything can happen in high school football on any given night, from what I’ve seen from Way-Co, they are simply not a very good football team. Despite showing glimpses of promise in their matchup with Dansville a week ago, all in all, the Eagles have struggled throughout much of this season.

Tonight, using heavy doses of their three headed monster in the backfield, I expect Batavia to roll all over the visiting team. Give me the Blue Devils in a blowout.

Prediction: Batavia 35 Way-Co 10
