Over the weekend three local Boys Soccer teams advanced to the Sectional semifinals in their respective Classifications within Section V Soccer.
In Class C1, Byron-Bergen defeated East Rochester 1-0 in order to move to Wednesday’s semifinal. They will now face-off with #1 School 58/WOIS on Wednesday – who defeated Avon 4-0 in the quarterfinals.
In Class B2, two teams advanced over the weekend, as Le Roy defeated Mynderse 3-2, while Attica dropped Holley 2-1. The Knights will now face #1 Wellsville on Wednesday, while the Blue Devils will await their matchup with #2 North Rose Wolcott.
