Quotes from the Head Coach

“The boys enter the season being led by two veteran and all-star runners, senior Nathaniel DiSalvo and junior Josh Larmon.

We luckily have a lot of young, up and coming runners who we are working hard to be in the next pack to fill our top five, seven, and top ten.  Our team leaders, Nathaniel and Josh, are excited for the season and going a great job encouraging the younger guys to keep on improving and moving up.

We have a very tough league schedule with league meets every Tuesday and several invitationals sprinkled in on the weekends.  We’re excited to race at our own Dash on the Dark on September 11th, but also go to McQuaid and try a new invite on the beach of Hamlin State Park.

For the girls, we’re excited to have a full team that can score against other teams!  It will be fun to not only see how we improve individually, but to combine for some team success as well.

Goals for both girls and boys: improvement!”
