The Wheatland-Chili Girls Basketball team earned another meaningful league win last night, defeating Oakfield by a final score of 44-30. Highlighting the win for the Wildcats were three players – and two of them had the same last name.

Taylor Clar led W-C with 13 points vs the Hornets, while Abbey and Hannah Callaghan each scored 10 points to help pace their offense. All three players hit 2 three-pointers on the night on their way to double-figures.

For Oakfield, Kylie Schlagenhauf led the team with 9 points.

A 3-3 game after the first quarter, the Wildcats would eventually work their way to a 20-10 lead at the half – which they would never look back from, winning by 14.
