This week there were several athletes who performed well across all of high school sports. However, I found three that stood out above the rest. Here are my Athletes of the Week:
Olivia George – Alexander Track and Field
Olivia had a fantastic meet this past Wednesday against Wheatland-Chili and Attica. In total, she won four events (a meet-high for boys and girls), including the 100 meter dash (13.6), the 200 meter dash (29.0), the long jump (15’5″), and the shot put (31’4.5″).
Congratulations to Alexander’s Olivia George – one of our Girls Athletes of the Week.
