Byron-Bergen Boys Basketball defeats sliding Pembroke squad over the weekend

The Pembroke Boys Basketball team has struggled mightily as of late following a fantastic start to the year. Dropping a tough league contest to Byron-Bergen the other night by a final score of 55-41, the Dragons now have lost two in a row to teams below them in the standings.

Leading the way for the Bees in the big win on Saturday was high-flyer Brandon Burke, who scored 19 points to go with 9 rebounds, while his teammate Derek Cooper was just behind with 11 points, but also chipped in an impressive 14 rebounds. Kyle Ludwig scored 16 points for Pembroke in the loss.
