Plenty of contrasting story lines highlighted Week 3. With the first place Elba Lancers going down to the last place Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and fellow league-leader Attica defeating a tough Alexander squad, the standings have undergone an obvious shift which is certain to continue throughout the duration of the season. Take a look at what went down this weekend:
FRIDAY – 09/19/14 – Batavia 41 Hornell 21 √
Mogavero Man-Handles Red Raiders; Batavia dominates Hornell in one-sided victory
FRIDAY – 09/19/14 – Attica 21 Alexander 9 √
Alexander plays tough, but Trojans fall to Blue Devils by two scores; Attica improves to 3-0
FRIDAY – 09/19/14 – Oakfield 33 Pembroke 6 √
Oakfield rolls to resounding victory over Pembroke; Chatt goes off for 4 touchdowns
SATURDAY – 09/20/14 – Notre Dame 15 Elba 8 X
