After a long week of action around HS Sports, here are our Batavia’s Best Athletes of the Week (1/25/2016 – 1/30/2016):
Trey Nadolinski (Oakfield Boys Basketball)
Trey had quite the night vs Kendall this past week, as he recorded a quadruple-double in order to spark the Hornets over the Eagles.
Matt Genaway (Alexander Boys Basketball)
Matt scored 25 points in the Trojans’ loss to Byron-Bergen last week, including 7 three-pointers.
Jon Lauricella (Le Roy Wrestling)
In tournament competition over the weekend, Lauricella went 5-0 to earn the tournament title in his respective weight class – including the Most Outstanding Wrestler Award. He pinned 4/5 of his opponents on the day.
Chris Lemley (Notre Dame Swimming)
Chris was awarded the Swimmer of the Meet honor during the GR League Championships this past weekend.
